What's the best gift you can give yourself?
I am learning that time, even just 10-minutes, is the best gift I can give myself. Time to care for myself on the mat. Time to relax off the mat.
Even though I know this, sometimes I feel like I just don't have enough time. I'm learning to embrace the time that I have now, even if it's not ideal, to care for myself in small ways.
This week's class is a 10-Minute Slow Flow Yoga sequence designed for those days when we're short on time, but just need a few moments to ourselves.
